2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as email addresses, support requests, feedback, referral or campaign information, and other communications. We also collect limited technical and usage information, including IP address, device and browser information, operating system, pages viewed, access timestamps, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, wallet connection events, and security logs. If you interact with the Services through a third-party messaging platform (such as Telegram), we may also receive your platform username or identifier and the messages you send to the Services on that platform.
3. Wallet and Blockchain Information
When you connect a wallet or interact with supported public blockchains, we process public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, order and position data, market activity, referral activity, and other public blockchain data needed to display balances, activity, and protocol state. Public blockchain information is permanent, transparent, and may be independently collected, indexed, or analyzed by third parties.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and analytics tools to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure usage, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve performance. We do not sell personal information. Where required, you may disable cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the Services may not work correctly.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; display markets, orders, positions, balances, referrals, and account-related settings; respond to support requests; detect fraud, abuse, market manipulation, sanctions exposure, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; enforce our Terms of Service; and develop new features.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with infrastructure, analytics, security, hosting, customer support, communications, compliance, and other service providers that help us operate the Services. We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, sanctions or compliance obligations, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites, wallets, RPC providers, oracle providers, block explorers, bridges, exchanges, and other tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, public blockchain networks, or third-party analysis of public blockchain data.
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications. These rights may be limited where information is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or where information is public blockchain data that we cannot alter or delete.
10. International Transfers
The Services may be provided from, and information may be processed in, jurisdictions other than where you live. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
